Default Used F-Type R ODB diagnostics report - high number of faults?

I'm currently looking at a used F-Type R, and this morning it underwent an independent pre-purchase inspection. The vehicle diagnostics report seemed to throw up a high number of faults - some were expected as a previous owner had removed the downpipe cats. What do you think is this number normal or is it a lemon and to be avoided?

Make sure the car has a fully charged new battery that is registered with the car. Clear the codes and see what comes back immediately.

The multiple faults listed are indeed likely to be the result of low battery voltage and nothing more. The multiple modules in these cars require a fully charged battery for proper operation. When the modules do not get full voltage, they throw codes.
There is likely nothing seriously wrong with this car.

Perhaps, but I'd want the seller to prove it.
