Default V8 throttle body

In my never ending upgrades I am looking for a v8 throttle body. however I am having a really hard time finding one. My understanding is that the part number is H4P4‑9F991‑AA however when I search for that or the LR equivalent I get nothing. Can someone confirm or provide the part number for the 5.0l TB

this is where I am struggling, is it the same throttle body for the V6 as the V8? I was under the impression they were different parts, but Jpart and all resources say they are the same. I am upgrading to a velocity AP intake and spec'd the v8 TB, but am thinking it is the same part as the v6...

well,,,, If I could read. It is a different MAF required. Ordered the intake back in November and just now got it so like most people I remembered it wrong. Sorry for the red herring.

Part number is the same for the 3.0L supercharged. Obviously the supercharger is different, to account for the two missing cylinders at the back, but it doesn't surprise me that they use the same throttlebody.

@Zen Beer Like you I went for V8 MAF version of VAP intake on my V6 R-Dynamic. Pipework is the same, only the silicon reducer coupling is different to cater for the larger diameter V8 MAF. I was worried it would throw a fault when I fitted the V8 MAFs, but everything went OK. I already had Mina Gallery fitted previously, so it was a relatively easy install once the wheel arch liners were removed. The V8 MAFs are considerably larger than the V6 originals, so will remove any restriction and allow the VAP intake to flow at full capacity. Top tip, don't go purchasing the V8 MAFs from Jaguar (CPLA12B579BA), much more cost effective to buy the Bosch component (which Jaguar use anyway). The Bosch number is 0280 218 288.

Thanks for that, was wondering about the MAF's without the stage 4 tune. If it throws codes or mixture out of trim will put back on the v6 MAF's for the time being till I get the rest of the upgrades purchased.

You cannot fit V8 MAFs to a V6 without a commensurate tune.
