Very rough idle at cold start

I brought the car to a local Maryland shop that is highly thought of that specializes on BMW, Jag, and Mercs. The first thing they suggested was the "diaphragm system" which is basically the PCV system. There are 2 canisters on the right side valve cover that have rubber diaphragms that typically get holes and cause the engine to run rich and resultant high negative LTFT's. The problem is they cannot be removed and replaced without removing the supercharger. Since things are going to be apart anyhow, for not much $, the shop will remove and replace these torn diaphrams, remove and bench rebuild and flow test all injectors,and remove and replace all 8 plugs, I should get the car back this week. I will let all know what happens.

Did you ever get a resolution to this?? What was wrong?
