Default What is this Cable in the trunk?

So after owning the car for 2 weeks now, I finally got some time to look at the battery setup in the trunk to figure out if I'm going to hookup the battery tender in the trunk or on the jumper location under the hood. Anyway... does anyone know what this cable is? See pic below. Everything seems to be all plugged in but I can't see where this would plugged into? The color of the cable is brown with white stripe and black with white stripe and has a modular connector on it.

This question comes up at least twice a year every year!
It's used by the dealership to complete the pre-delivery set-up, it is never used again and is nothing to worry about.

I did some research awhile back and discovered that was actually the communication harness for the Oscillation Overthruster (dealer option not well advertised or documented). Fairly pricey, but does save on tolls through the Lincoln Tunnel.

I thought it was for the optional James Bond oil slick dispenser and rocket launcher system.

Yes, that too!

It's unfortunate that there is only one port for plugging in these special ops devices.
