Does anyone know whether exhaust parts, specifically the downpipes/cats are interchangeable between the F-Type 5.0 and XF 5.0 (supercharged models).

Nope. Totally different part numbers. Even the F-Type R AWD and RWD have different Cats/downpipes.

They look incredibly similar. It makes sense the AWD/RWD cars would have different components due to the driveline components.

Yes...They all look pretty similar, but they have to be pretty exact to fit.

I do understand that. I know part #'s are different, but have you seen the two of them side by side?

I'm trying to uncover how difficult it would be to just do a higher flow/cat delete. I believe the cats to be responsible for most of the heat in the engine bay. I am not interested in a 4k header set or 3k set of cats/downpipes. I believe most of the power from a system like ardent headers can be found by increasing flow from the cat.

Yep...I have seen them and they are different. How about the Magnaflows? They are listed as a fit for a 2011 XFR. And BTW, they do NOT fit an F-Type R of any kind so that is also telling about the fit.

Was trying to answer your question. If you think the F-Types will fit, give it a try...Do what works for you.

They are similar, but they are not the same and not interchangeable. We have 200 cell sport cat downpipes available for similar price to the FType ones we offer.
