A moments lapse of concentration led to me scraping my right rear quarter panel against my garage door. Alas my fears appeared confirmed as I saw a long line of "damaged paint" along the wheel arch. Closer inspection showed it to be mostly torn up xpel though I couldn't be sure. I took the car to Rick and his amazing team at Unique car care in Andover MA and to make a long story short - They replaced the XPel and I had a perfect car with no paint damage ever having happened. I was amazed that the XPel did such a great job.
I put it on for road chips - this was an unexpected and very positive benefit - not cheap but just about paid for itself in this one accident - now I just need to learn how to drive better

 

nice! paint protection film really does pay for itself! I'm also having it done on the side splitters, if you dont have them protected already, go take a look at all the little chips on there from the stones/dirt our front wheels throw on there.
