Thumbs up 1991 xjs help needed

91 xjs coupe, i have a knocking(cant find it because im in car) but i feel it through my feet or body of car so to speak, it only happens between 10 to 15k rpms then goes away, it happens while revving in warm up(in park) it happens during the rpms mentioned going into reverse, and it happens when driving through rpms and stopping through mentioned rpms, this is my first xjs so im needeing some guidance.
NEXT: the right(passenger)front wheel rubs when turning tight, it has 235/65/15 on it, is that normal or has wheel shifted some how?
LASTLY: WHEN BRAKING OR DECELERATION i have a sound coming from somewhere like someone tapping on tin,,,,, please help me find that one for sure! any help, hints, suggestions,"if i were you's" did ya check, would all be greatly appreciated

Take a hard look at the transmission mount and exhuast-pipe-to-body clearances

When Jaguar went to the 235 tires they used spacers on the steering rack to prevent the wheels from being turned too far and fouling the body. Perhaps your rack is missing the spacers?

More likely, though, is that the springs have sagged a bit, reducing available tire-to-body clearance

Does the tapping vary up/down with road speed?

Cheers
