2008 XKR Broken Window Regulator

I have a broken window regulator on the passenger 1/4 window. Considering a rebuild by POWER WINDOW REPAIR in Phoenix, AZ. Anyone had experience with this company?

Sorry, no experience.
Aside from new/used or DIY, they appear to be the only game in town.
Can you determine the failure mode? Should we be lubricating?
