Hi my auto lights don't work on my x type , if my lights are on when I turn the switch to auto the lights turn off . Any hints or ideas please

 

As the lights work when switched manually, I'd first check the auto headlamps sensor in the rear view mirror and then move on to the master lighting switch.

You don't have sufficient posts to download the Electrical Guide so I'll try attaching the relevant schematic here ......
