I have what may be a stupid question. When the hazard lights are on should the blinker lights flash inside the car as well. Mine dont. Flash outside but nothing on the dash. Lights blink with turn signals. Is this normal. If not what is the likely issue??

Hi:
On my '94 (and I can only guess on the '91 which is currently put away) the 'blinkers' do NOT flash when the hazards are on. Never noticed that before. Then again, never used the hazards before!
