JTIS link request

Greetings. I would really appreciate the JTIS link. The CD changer on my 2002 X-Type w/NAV has stopped working, and I'd like to troubleshoot it before buying a new one ($1300+). Maybe it's just the fiber optic harness. I would also like to see if the JTIS shows how to swap out the cassette deck for a single CD unit.

I am pretty sure its all pc, I dont remember it prompting me to choose mac or windows on the installation, but if you can get around it let me know... I will pm you a link

Thanks Christo. I installed the files and when I open the JTIS, the program stops working when I try to enter service manual vehicle and model year. It then forces me to close the program. Also, the second file had JX6 and I can see it clearly but I need JX8. Any suggestions?

What does it say when the program stops working? Were there any errors during the extraction process? What version of Adobe Reader do you have? Does you computer have some sort of pop-up blocker that might be interfering?
