Hi I am a new member from Liverpool UK. I have a Jaguar xf 2012 . Having issues with the climate control . Seems to be stuck blowing air out the face vents , no matter what's selected on the control screen . Any ideas on were to start looking would be appreciated

Welcome to the forums Ashy67,

Provided temperature selection is working properly, airflow distribution direction is determined by the position of flaps which are controlled by four Stepper Motors - Items 4,6, 7 and 14:

The flaps can stick if not moved regularly and Stepper Motors are known to fail.
