Default DTC Body Code Help

We're on an out of state trip and suddenly got a low brake pad warning. We won't be driving much other than the trip back home so that shouldn't be a worry. However, when I checked for the DTC code with my android app the only thing present was "B10AC". I'd like to believe that is the brake pad warning but could not find any reference on line as to how to interpret it.

Does anyone have experience with this code that can shed some light on if it is for the brake pads or not?

I've checked the 2009-12 XK Workshop Manual and Code B10AC references the Cruise Control Switch but without a scantool to report the associated 2 final digits, you won't be able to pinpoint the precise fault - there's 9 listed.

I'd normally move a thread like this from General Tech Help to X150 forum but, as you're away from home and probably using a smartphone, I'll not give you a chase around the forums to follow it!

Thanks, you are correct in that I'm using a smart phone app at the moment. When I get back I'll investigate deeper with my Autoenginuity program. I just had hopes that perhaps someone may have some insight to specifics.

At the moment it is really not that much an issue anyway and can wait a few more days.

Thanks again for your help!

I posted on Gen Help thinking it might be generally Jag specific rather than just x150. If I come up with a dead end at home though, I'll repost there looking for help.
