I have a 1969 E-type that has sat for almost 7 1/2 yrs while being restored. Headlights work but not running lights, console lights and turn signals. Horn doesn't work either. Everything else seems to be working fine. I checked and cleaned fuses and connectors but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?

I have a multi-meter but don't know how to use it.
