film on windows

my windows always seem to fog with film, I have cleaned them with every window cleaner ther is. I am lost, Is there a filter I need to change? Do I have to take to a service shop to do?

That's often a good indication that the heater core in a car is leaking. What are you driving?

Could be heater core. Are you noticing any fluid on the floorboard? Another thing, try cracking your windows every so slightly to allow the leather to breath.
