headlights
Hi Guys, ive got a jaguar xk 2007 model which i had to change the front headlights for.
ive put the non adaptive headlights and now i have the adaptive headlight bulb continuosly flashing on the dashboard.
is there any way i can get rid of this? as the headlights work fully and not worried about the lights being adaptive as they were an optional feature.
cheers guys

However, as the adaptive system was an "option", I would suspect the dealership could simply tell the ECU your car did not come with it. Should disable the message...
I know this was a simple thing in the Audi world because the ECU was hacked and we all had access to theser settings via a laptop. No one has cracked the Jag ECU, so your most likely trapped asking the dealership to set the ECU "ones and zeros" to "zeros and ones" for you.
Again, best of luck,,,, hope others have better or simpler words for you.
