If like me you occasionally ue the site in the title of this thread you will be aware of the 'pop up ad' to make a donation for keeping the site going....the donation itself is for a worthwhile cause (i donated) but.....but the pop up ad does not go away because you have not signed up to anything....this ad is annoying! especially as it has to be cancelled for every page you open and it greys the page you are looking at until the ad is cancelled

so heres how to get rid of it

download adblock!

then when you open the jaguar page do the following

>open adblock
>block an ad on this page
>click the body of the add
>accept the setting

the above process wont get rid of the whole pop up all at once....at least it didn't for me....but it does so in sections according to how the ad is constructed....

first pass - get rid of the text
second pass - get rid of the text box
third pass - get rid of the grey overlay

job done....clean view of workshop manual pages with no more pop up ad or grey overlay whether or not you donate
