Idle air RPM lower than expected

2015 Jaguar XF L4 2.0t harmonic balancer fell off. I replaced it and every other pulley. The car will start but when pressing the gas it has no affect. What am I overlooking? All vacuum lines are intact.

Check all the electrical connections and wiring loom.
