Try this a 3rd time, no response from other sections. No audio, phone connection and navigation, did battery disconnect. Possibly a faulty Bluetooth module. Found that it is possibly under driver seat. Climate control still works. Pic of screen whited out for audio and navigation blank.

It has been available on this forum.
The 2010 XF Workshop Manual will likely suit your purposes.
The complete manual is about 3500 pages.
Search the manual for "Bluetooth" if that is where you would like to begin.
You will find information about module locations, theory of operation and pinpoint tests (troubleshooting guide).
When you have helped yourself as much as possible, post specific questions with sufficient detail for folks to help.

Just a follow up. After several different options tried with no luck, I searched for a similar bluetooth module. Found exact one on ebay, paid $120 US. Installed and everything working again. No need to program and connected to phone immediately. This is the easiest route to go if anyone with similar issues. My unit here in Canada is under drivers seat.
