JLR Mongoose options
Hi folks
I need to do a couple of things on my '97 X100 and '06 X150 - change the security alarm function, enable daytime running lights, program the mirrors, add a new keyfob etc. My Autoenginuity system only does fault codes, so I need to get something like the JLR Mongoose.
I see two options, at vastly different prices. What is the difference ? An ebay version at £65 and a vendor's version at £400+
They appear to be the same thing, and both vendors seem to be known and respected. Why would I not go for the £65 option ?

PS. I did read the sticky on OBD2 readers but didn't get a clear answer (23 pages!)
