disengage the system so that back sensors will work? It seems like if one goes out the whole system is down. I would like my back sensors to work if possible. Has anyone tried to over-ride the system? thanks, Sue

 

Easiest repair is to replace faulty sensor-it sounds like you know which one it is. You may be able to replace it without removing the front bumper-search this and UK forum for more info on that.
Sensors are available used if you don't want to buy new.
