relays for 1995 xjs

Default relays for 1995 xjs
I have 6 of these blue relays- Should I replace for my 1995 XJS as well?

(RELAY, REPLACES DAC7686 (LIGHT BLUE HELLA RELAY, HELLA P/N 003-510-61) FITS 1988-1998 XJ6, XJ8, XJS. JAGUAR RECOMMENDS THAT ALL 6 BLUE RELAYS BE REPLACED WITH THIS WATERPROOF RELAY ON EVERY 1988-1994 XJ6!! Replaces JLM21842)

sorry, would help for you to know on drivers side,under steering wheel, but seem to be inside car, not in engine compartment.
