How do I update the online service record for my vehicle via the topix website?

Presumably you are registered with TOPIx as an Independent Operator and have a subscription?

If so, I'd expect the relevant input subscreens to open up after entering VIN etc in the main vehicle profile screen:

Sorted thanks , had to be verified by jaguar and now get totally different Topix Page and Menu....

 

How did you get verified by jaguar? We registered as indipendent garage inserting our VAT number, emailed jaguar but still no answer after a week

It's a very long time since this thread began and Jaguar OSH (Online Service History) has changed. The requirement for a password protected account has been replaced with only a VIN required to access vehicle service history data. The method of registering as an Independent to be able to add service records to OSH could also have changed.

If you cannot get an answer through TOPIx then calling or eMailing Jaguar CRC (Customer Relationship Centre) in Coventry, England should get a response:
