I am very confused about the activity key for the ipace. I know the original activity key is just a rubber bracelet. Which is great with me. However, the dealer says no listing for it on a 19 I-pace. However, there videos from Jaguar showing how to use it on an I-Pace. Anyone have any experience or input?

Well I bought one, but have never used it on my 2019. I think it is in the glove compartment, will have to check and will post if it actually works.

 

I can see why I never bothered to use the activity key. It works only from a specific location at the back of the car and you have to lock your primary keys inside the car to use it; it also disables the keys when used. Both things make me very nervous, and I thought it worked just like a key fob before I bought the car back in 2019. I'm going to try to get it to work over the weekend, but had I realized how it worked back then; I likely wouldn't have ordered one.
