After a full week of my iPace “visiting” the dealership to get the software properly updated (it simply would not do it after weeks upon weeks of attempting the install myself) I found Alexa in the apps. However, what is missing is the departures. Completely gone. No idea how to set or modify my departures now to get preconditioning set.

I have to say JLR better do some serious investment in the software engineering department as well as UX/UI. It’s a massive failure in my opinion at the moment.
