180kw permanent magnet? We could see a sub 4 second 0-60mph I-Pace if/when this technology is deployed.

Yes, shame there is no upgrade path but my car is leased so, assuming I get another Jaguar (the 180 mile trip to the dealer is getting old) I'll likely pivot to this new car. The extra power and range would be a HUGE improvement for me.

Sorry I'm not buying any of this "Upgrade Hype" If anyone believes they are going another "100" miles by grabbing another 10% of the battery which will shorten the battery life - will believe the impossible 250-292 mile range we're projected from Jag which will not happen.

What really pokes holes though the whole story is there is not one picture of the car on a dry surface. What's the deal of the Ice in the report to begin with?
