This EBay auction is in Poland BUT he claims to carry that part in all colors. He does list oatmeal as well. Expensive at $143 + $10 shipping!

Here is a cheaper one but in the UK. Cheaper at 80 GBP. Note they claim it's an improved part as the original ones fell apart. They do list Oatmeal. They also recommend to glue the two half's together.

Another Oatmeal Cover

Now I need to be careful because he only shows the plastic housing and I don't think it has the interior metal latch part. Do you need the complete assembly or just the correct color cover? If you don't need the entire assembly you could purchase the housing in the correct color and swap it over to your assembly.

Or is yours missing completely and you need the entire assembly?

I would purchase the one from Poland, but it seems to be just a housing. I need the entire assembly, buckle included.

 

Ok many entire assemblies on EBay but again real expensive in the $250 range. None the correct color. Looks like the only way to get it correct is to buy one assembly with the wrong color cover then buy the very expensive cover separately and combine the two.

I guess it depends if you are willing to spend that kind of money on a seat beat buckle.
