trunk interior trim

How do you remove left side trunk interior trim?? I'm trying to get at the antenna module and antenna connectors. Its very stiff and I dont want to break it.

Opps,,,,, 2000 S Type 3.0. I have radio static problems and need to check connectors before installing and exterior antenna.
