Default Key to Regional Coordinators

Hi Folks please find below an updated listing of the forum's Regional Coordinators (RC).

These are the people who help to organise 'meets', highlight things of interest, help advise on region specific information and generally help to promote their region.

You will note that we have one or two vacancies.

If you might be interested in taking on the responsibility of RC for your region please send a PM to either myself or JimC64.

One condition is that you must live in the region that you are interested in.

If anyone on the Space Station is interested in 'Other Areas' please flash the lights three times as you pass over me. I'll reply by reciprocation.

Quite a lot of activity with Canadian meets and shows, and yet no RC for Canada!

Jim: You'll want to add runnerpaul for the Midwest US, succeeding me.

Thanks!

As a tid bit, I find it interesting to have the RC title, yet find myself useless outside my own State here in the USA.
I get many questions from Oregon and Idaho, that I frankly can't answer for the distance between us.

I felt reducing the size of the "west coast" area of the USA to the "Pacific Northwest" is a great move on your part, but I almost wish I had RC's in each State, so they can help their local events.
This, of course is a difficult thing to wrap my head around, so wanted it out for discussion if desired. I track my local area events very well (at least I like to think so), but feel I am letting down those in neighboring States by knowing nothing of their area and events....

Hey Vince, I suppose some of us find it difficult to fathom the vast distances some regions can cover.

We fully appreciate all your efforts to date, I assure you.

If however, you want to bring on any individual members as assistants as it were, for more localised events in the region, go for it.

There'll be no hat / badge as such, but certainly they would be welcomed into the fold.

certainly worth thinking about Graham at some point.

I still think we may need to break down Australia in 3 or 4 regions to make it workable.

We tried that before, but they didn't like it too much. LOL

I wouldn't mind being the western us coordinator. I live in Provo Utah and think it would be fun. I love jags. Used to have a 1994 vanden plas, now I have a 2003 super v8. I'm active in my local jaguar club and have been in a few jaguar shows and won a few trophies. Jags are my hobby
