I go back to edit a post & it adds https://redirect.viglink.com link codes to Amazon on certain words. Why is that ?! It happens on my Window devices as well as Apple, only on this website ?!

 

Viglink is a service used by Internet Brands, parent company of Jaguar Forums, that is used for advertising/revenue and has been a partner for a number of years. While the website is free for members to access and use, the site is not free to operate and such services and advertisements are used to help keep the website freely accessible.

For clarification, are you seeing the Viglinks while logged in? Or just when looking at posts while not logged in? Also, are you saying when you Edit the post that you see the Viglinks within the Edit section? If so, please provide a direct link to an example.

The links insert themselves when I edit posts & I only visit here logged in.

It appears you edited the post and the link was added in via an Edit. When you edited the post, did you accidentally add the links via copying and pasting your original post (as seen as a reader) into the editor?

 

No it does this often.
