Default Operation of ignore list

The ignore list currently inhibits display of comments by people you have listed.

Would it be possible to have this include not displaying threads they initiate?

As the test thread, please ignore thread has demonstrated its very hard to effectively ignore something. We need all the help we can get.

I think so. I see it there sometimes and it calls me. But, then it gets drowned out by the other voices.
