If this has already been covered, I'm sorry, but I can't find anything on it anywhere else in the forums.
My problem is this: Whenever I try to load an avatar I get a message telling me that the photo is too big. I eventually reduced the size enough so that the website accepted it, but at that point the photo that showed up as my avatar was tiny, blurry, and looked like crap... much worse than the avatars that everyone else has.
Now I'm trying to load the same photo to the photo gallery section of the site, and I'm getting this message: "Photo cannot be uploaded due to size or extension limitation"... basically the same thing. Help?

 

Anyone? Pleeease? I'd really like an avatar.
