Default Possible to post QuickTime or WMV?

I have a few funny QuickTime mpeg video/audio and Windows media video/audio short clips I think members would enjoy.
Are they OK to post? And if so, How?

They are rated pg at best.
They don't seem to load,
My question is How to upload?

As far as I know only chance to upload videos is to use such sites like youtube,myspace

Hey Michael...try uploading to a photobucket account and posting the link from there.....should work ok I think
see below - make sure sound is turned up for this one!!.......use the "insert link" ( global icon with chain link ) and then paste in link from your photobucket account
