Is there a way to configure so that related threads only get pulled from the same sub-forum or perhaps change the way related threads are presented? We are seeing a lot of unrelated threads being revived from years ago because people think they are replying to the same thread. This causes a bit of confusion. For example, In a thread in the F-Type forum, a member was unable to get into his trunk. This showed up as a related thread in other forums and people were commenting on all the ways you could get into the trunk, thinking they were responding to a something in, say the E-Pace forum. Similarly, old threads are being replied to as people scroll down and think they are on the same thread they started on.

 

You can switch them off if you go to "user CP" - "Settings & Options" - "Edit Options" - "Thread Display Options"

That only stops you seeing them, there is no way to disable them for everyone.
