This may be a question for Admin, but I can't find where else to post this question. On the sticky "Please Read ...", there is a section which looks like it is supposed to show examples of models and model years, but nothing shows up for me; it doesn't look like something that is restricted for new users, so I'm wondering if it is something to do with our Mac at this end.

 

That's odd. There should be no restriction in this. I don't have a Mac, but this is the first time I have heard about a problem.

Is it the same when you are logged in/out?

 

I contribute this problem to these combined your being a new member and attachment is uploaded from forum's server , new members can't see it unless they're granted full access by admins .
However you can see images / documents using [IMG] [/IMG] tags

 

I can't see any images - under the header, " For you XJ(6,8, 12) Owners it is very important that you understand which section your model year falls in. Take a look at this image..." there is a list of ikons with the model and year but no image. I thought it might be a link, but it isn't.

 

I am logged in by the way when I'm trying to access this info.

 

Not having a Mac, and it has been an age since I used one I'm a little at a loss.

However I wonder if it has to do with allowing images for this site in Safari.

The screen capture below was made with me NOT logged in to the forum so I don't think it has anything to do with membership restrictions, which have been lifted for you in any respect.

I suggest you check your browser settings for images and you need to allow the site to set temporary cookies.

 

I thought of the cookie business last night (I work nights) as well as pop-ups - either one might be the problem. Don't have time to check it now, but I appreciate your responses. We'll be away for this weekend, but I'll dig into it when we get back. Thanks again.
