Default Title did not change

Just edited a post in Advanced mode and the revised title does not appear on the thread listing. However, if I open thread, the new title is there. Any ideas?

You can not edit the title of an existing thread. If an edit is required you need to contact any of the Moderators.

The advanced mode allows you to add a title to a new post, but will not appear as the main thread title. Makes sense when you think about it.

Not to me. I wanted to add "Fixed!!" to a thread title so that it showed the new posts were not continued grumbles about the same fault. The way this board works, I have to start a new thread. This is the only board I use that does not allow the thread title to be changed by the thread originator.
