Thumbs down Rubbers for Jaguar MK X

Hello Friends
I'm the new member of Jaguarforum owning some Classic Jaguar Salons
Now I'm rebuilding Jaguar MK X 4,2l and I've some troubles with rubber set for this model. SNG Barrat has not complete set (missing mostly door rubber sets and not only). The Oldtimer Veteranen Shop has the door set, but they are not answering what is in that set, the others have single items sometimes without numbers.
Also everything is rather very expensive

I must replace all rubbers/seals (for doors, windows together with no-drought ventilator, boot),and wheather strips, felts.

If someone finish this stage- please contact with me.
Waiting for information about:
- sources of buying
- names and numbers of items

Thanks in advance

Have you tried contacting SNG Barratt about the seals ? There are very few Mk 10 and 420G cars left now, so it is not normally worthwhile the aftermarket supplying them. Certainly there is no OEM supplier. You'll probably have to use seal sections that are closest to the originals and cut them to length yourself.

Hello
Of course , I contacted with Barratt. Unfortunately they have no main door rubbers, also for front ventilating windows. They even don't know when they receive from manufacturer.
I orderd a rubber set but I'll receive only a few.

Sorry I could not be of further help.

In the "olden times" before the internet, one looked for this kind of thing at autojumbles. These are still held here in the UK, and there will be a Jaguar one early in 2017, but obviously you need to get to the location and ask around. You might then manage to get a new-old stock item, but it will be hit and miss, I'm afraid.

I see you're located in Poland so it would be a bit of a trek to come to England and even then not know if you will be successful or not.
