I have a full set of four NOS Ruby/Gold center caps, in sealed bags, $80.
The rims of the center caps are chrome and the 'growler' is gold.
95% of my parts hoard are 1994 XJS Coupes, 50/50 from 6.0L/4.0L.
These are left over from my 6.0 liter rescue/restoration project.
I think the only way to separate the part you need from a sun visor is destroy one or the other.
The only sun visor related parts I have are four used in tan (AWF).
Shipping will be expensive, I suggest searching the parts I have to bundle the shipment.
Do you know anyone with an XJS that might need spares?

My financial situation is somewhat dire, so I am willing to negotiate price.
I also have a large selection of literature from Jaguar, British in general and other marks.
