I needed to replace just one floormat for my XF, but you can't buy just one. So I bought a new set ($200 or so at the dealer), and thought others might have a need for just one mat. I have the driver's mat (a couple of minor stains that scrubbing with spot remover could not remove), the front passenger mat, and one rear mat (these fit either side). Otherwise hard to tell from new. I would be happy to get $25 for the driver mat; $30 for the passenger; $10 for the rear mat; or $80 for all three. Not sure how to ship them yet. They may fit into a Priority Mail box. Tell me which you want, and we'll figure out shipping method and cost. These may fit other years of XF, but they came out of a 2014.

The washing has left some slight variations in surface appearance. At first glance you will not notice any defects.
