Description:
Good used factory upgrade throttle body for early XK8 (1997-1998) and XJ8 (1998) models with AJ26 engine. Came from a 1997 XK8 that ran and drove perfectly and easily passed its last California emissions test several months ago. Unfortunately the engine developed a major rear main seal oil leak and the owner couldn't afford to repair.
The throttle body is in perfect shape as you can see and has the factory upgrade "eyeball" sticker on it. This was part of a Jaguar factory upgrade done to eliminate some reliability problems with the original throttle bodies. This upgraded piece did the trick- the car ran like a top. Can provide last emissions test results to verify performance.

XK8 Throttle Body...........
There are a lot of used throttle bodies out there but virtually none besides this one have a known history of being in perfect working order (wouldn't pass that test otherwise)
