Just the seats I'm looking for! Right color and everything. Too bad I'm in California and you're not. Any idea what it would cost to get them out here?

 

I can remove the skins and you can recover your seats, or have an upholsterer do it. It's not often you can find and entire original interior in the color you want

 

Have you ever had any leather upholstery work done ? It's really expensive. I would carefully remove the skins and ship them and the headrests (intact) to you. I have safely removed skins several times

 

Is the leather still soft, flexable and strong? I really only need the driver seat (left side) but I know you wouldn't sell just that. So, I might be willing to go for all 3 seats skins,
I don't want the door panels or head rests at all. It all depends on the cost. Your price + price of shipping = Cost Can you estimate the cost?

As far as condition, The front seat bottoms have some split stitching, nothing that can't be repaired. No rips in the leather as you can see in the phots.. Overall they are in great shape for being 35 years old. The patina is really nice. A good cleaning and multiple conditioning applications in the warm California climate will revive the leather skins quite nicely .



fyi, I salvaged a vdp interior and had an auto upholstery shop replace panels (I brought them the skins, even destitching them to cut my cost and reinstalled them) and this example cost me $200 for the tan vinyl.
