My wife had some body work done on her Huyndae.
All the interior parts had to be replaced but the mechanic never installed the new tweeter.
It's still in the original box and may fit your car.
When I get time I'll get it out and take some pics and measurements.

Tweeter looks ok, what you need is what's called mirror cover.
