For Sale: 2004 Jaguar Vanden Plas (special addition of the XJ8 base model) Silver over Ivory interior.  Location - north central Connecticut

The Good - rides on replaced OEM air suspension with recent NOS (new old stock) air pump, all using factory parts. Most you might encounter have been replaced by coil spring suspensions or aftermarket air shocks that don't have the electronic ride control. This one rides like it should, no compromises.

All bushings, wheel bearings, control arms replaced with factory parts at around 130 K miles. Front and rear brake discs calipers, rotors and pads, etc replaced with factory parts. Plugs and ignition coils replaced around 125 K miles. Transmission fluid and filter and TCM seal changed about 40 K miles ago. Originally a Florida car (first two owners), has been in New England under our ownership for 11 years. Recent rear tires, fronts good. No dents or dings on doors fenders quarter panels. Aluminum body will never rust.
Usually garage kept as evidenced by no fading of factory dash, leather seating surfaces etc. No rips or tears in interior. Never smoked in. We did not "prep" the interior for pictures that is how clean it has been kept.
Custom lambs wool floor mats.

The bad - was backed into by a plow truck as indicated in Carfax causing dent near drivers side rear tail light (tail light did not break). Fist sized area of damage professionally repaired by one of only two shops factory authorized to work on aluminum cars in CT. Nickel sized dent in hood (see pictures), small dings on rear bumper, very minor blems on two of the four chrome bumper inserts. Could use a new headliner including the interior sunroof cover. If we take care of headliner the asking price will go up.
