For Sale: 2005 Jaguar S-Type R

As I have discovered more issues with this car I have decided to sell it to focus on my other projects. After the knock sensor issue the car sat for over a year, and when I got around to it I discovered the I would have to replace the sensor, requiring the removal of the supercharger. There are other issues that are listed below, this is all of the significant issues I am aware of, but of course there may be others. The car runs and drives, but should be repaired before being put on the road; bring a trailer:



 ·         Bad knock sensor on right bank, new sensor plugged in removed the error

·         Issue with parking break sensor, car beeps, parking break is disengaged, and can be commanded to the service position via the CAN bus

·         Broken tail light (I have a complete taillight, the hard to get smoke tinted to match the ‘05 model, uninstalled)

·         Leaking sun roof

·         Exhaust leak

·         Broken inner door seal on driver front and passenger rear doors

·         Scratches, dents, and dings on doors, quarter panel and bumper

·         Fading paint on hood, roof and trunk

·         The leather on the steering wheel is in poor condition

·         The leather on the driver seat is damaged

·         Hood Struts have failed

·         New random electrical issue where speedometer and tachometer drop out and multiple error messages present
