    2012 and beyond utilize ToPIX online manuals from Jaguar. You could also try Mitchells, both charge.

    Autoscope - I've only used them for tire mounting and balancing. I just have TireRack ship the tires there. They use a Hunter "Road Force" balancing machine which is the best in the business. Plus, they typically are working on "nicer" cars so they know how to take care of both the car and the owner. It's a much better tire experience than discount tire or costco.

    I can see if there are any Diagnostic Trouble Codes in any modules.
    There is only a single motor for the later cars. The early cars had 2 separate motors. One for TILT and the other for REACH.

    The motor MIGHT have failed or you might have a power or switch fault.
