Hello Gregory - Yes I've been to the Oak bay show, just for a look though, don't usually take the car as Saturdays are rather busy!

I didn't go this year, had prior commitments in Qualicum and I'm not a member of the Jaguar club, I take it you are?

I like the OECC events though, and always try to go to Heritage Acres in the spring and take her up to the Brits on the Beach show in Ladysmith.

Is it possible our paths crossed a while ago on Jaglover's when I thought you were Godfrey?

Do you belong to the Jaguar Car Club of Victoria? Or rather two questions:. Have you been to Jaguars on the Island (end of July, every year, Windsor Park, Oak Bay)? Hey Rob, Good to hear from you - glad you got the charging thing fixed! My car is running great these days (I'm touching wood as I type btw); did an intake overhaul and my recurring problem FF23 hasn't returned since so all good! Going to fit a new door seal rubber this week if it warms up a bit, also picked up 6 new sealed relays to replace the non-sealed old failure-prone blue hellas on the 94's firewall.
Hadn't seen you on the forums after you pulled the dash out, sorta figured you'd either put the jag fixing on hold or possibly sold it and moved on ...Glad to see you're still in XJ40 land!

Hope all has been well. I've been battling a no charge issue on my car, that's why I've been so active lately on the forum. Got it fixed yesterday. so I'll need to do my own thread, instead of being such a PIA on everyone else's threads ) Take care
