Prince, the TVS blower is in a TOTALLY different league to the old 5th gen M112 and the efficiency is much higher. The TVS efficiency at best point (adiabatic isentropic efficiency) is between 60 and 70% where as the old M112 is about 55%. This will give more boost at a lower pressure ratio, the TVS can be spun faster (18 K vs 14 K I believe) and the tank temps will be lower. Unlike the twin scroll the TVS blower still bypasses at part load for good fuel economy. The problem with nylon sintered material of the 3 D printer is that it is unlikely to endure the temperature and soot, and fuel of a running engine.

The video you posted on thread "Slight lifter ticking... How do I get rid of it?" comes up as missing on you tube. Can you re-upload another of the ticking sound. Even though my 98 xj8 does not have the SC I think I have the same symptoms so I'm thinking valve clearance. Was was your resolution to the problem? Thanks
