    Hey. I made it by hand, drilling a few pilot holes in the coin and then using a jeweller's saw to cut out the pattern. I have a small shop on Etsy where I sell similar coins but I haven't sold any of these there yet. I have only made the one so far. I would probably list it for $30 due to the complexity of the pattern. I sell most of my half dollar pendants for around $25.
