Default Engine lifting Eye

SNG Barrat and outhers sell these lifteyes C23607 recommended for Mk2. Can that one really carry the full weight of engine and gearbox and can the bolts take that? Should I use two?

regards Kjell

BTW ~ Presume your engine has the 4 longer studs fitted that allow them to be a permanent fixture as they were on later XK engines.
