Default Interior Restoration

I am trying to figure out a game plan for the restoration of my 61 MK2's interior. My goal is a driver, but I want it to be nice. Any suggestions of vendors for wood finishing, interior kits / hydes, carpet etc?
Thanks

Full trim kit is available at Aldridge Trimming for around £2'850.00 without VAT. Thats the kit I will order for mine.

Can anyone tell me if Bassett's Jaguars are still in business? Neither their web site nor the Facebook page seem to be operational. They are/were located in Rhode Island and provided high quality interior packages.
